CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS



CANCELLATION PERIOD



As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the sales contract you have concluded with us up to 72 hours before the day of the session you have booked on our website www.puppy-yoga-paris.com.



Your right to cancel begins on the date you place your order and ends a maximum of 72 hours before the date of the session you booked on our website www.puppy-yoga-paris.com.



Cancellations made within the required time frame will result in PUPPY YOGA PARIS sending a credit in the form of a reduction code for the full amount of the order(s) placed on our website puppy-yoga-paris.com.



These credits may be used by the consumer without a deadline imposed by PUPPY YOGA PARIS.



A cancellation made too late and/or an absence from the reserved session will not give rise to a replacement of your order at a later date and to the receipt of a credit.



REIMBURSEMENT TERMS



No refund will be made in the event of cancellation, unless medical proof is provided or if the consumer is unable to attend the appointment (major transport strike, weather alert).



A postponement of the session will be the preferred option by PUPPY YOGA PARIS if the consumer is unable to attend another session within 3 months following the cancellation of the order for geographical reasons.
